Working Well Resources blog is a source for the latest wellness information, exceptional wellness videos, fun facts about health, ergonomics, fitness, nutrition, stress management, yoga, Chinese Medicine and a way to give your brain a break from the daily grind. I try to keep my info generic as to location, but I started this blog as an easy way to share wellness tips with Chicago-based, Working Well Massage clients. For this reason, some of my posts may be more Chicago-oriented. My main goal is to help you keep your body working well! I define working well as functioning at your best capacity.
