Working Well Resources blog is a source for wellness information, wellness videos, fun facts about health, ergonomics, fitness, nutrition, stress management, yoga, and psychology. Over time, I’d had many people ask me similar questions about massage, stretching, stress management and other wellness issues. I started this blog as an easy way to share wellness tips with our Chicago-based, Working Well Massage clients. For this reason, some of my posts may be more Chicago-oriented. Over time I’ve broadened my areas of interest and education and I am not able to blog as often. My main goal is to write about wellness-related topics that interest me or have come up in talking to clients and other people. I define working well as functioning at your best capacity, whatever that means to you personally.
